Renew and reset your life this spring with a dynamic journalling practice, and make the most of your time at home.
Learn to use modern journalling techniques with this inspiring training.
Journalling for Success groups in Plymouth, UK, have been so popular and enjoyable – everyone is excited to attend every session, and every session brings joy, connection and surprises.
Now we are going online. The Journal for Success approach offers you so much more than basic journalling techniques. It’s fun, exciting, creative and supports you to connect with others. Whatever you want to work on in life, you can make extraordinary changes. You do not need to share any of your private journalling, but the experience of group community is uplifting and inspiring,
Once you have learned the basics of a sound modern journalling practice, you can apply this approach to anything in your life, whether you are writing a book, you want a better relationship with your children, you want to be better organised, you want to develop your confidence, to step out into something new.
The sessions are held by Alyss Thomas who is an author, a trained and experienced group leader, and a psychotherapist. The Journalling for Success approach is safe and grounded in extensive experience, but at the same time you will be encouraged to work through any limitations that may be holding you back. This approach to journalling enables you to clarify your mind, identify and focus on your real priorities, and step into joy and flow as often as possible. It offers you both challenge and safety. It is held in a kind, inclusive atmosphere where everyone is working at a different level, on different topics, and at their own individual pace.
The course starts at the end of April, and will run for alternate weeks, for two hour sessions, on Thursday afternoons, UK time. There are journalling assignments for you to explore between sessions, and original course materials you can download and print. Final times will be announced after a poll of those expressing interest.
The fee is £175.00, and this includes a one hour one to one mentoring session to support you to apply new journalling techniques and prompts to your own situation. You will be sent a link to each module. You will need access to a computer and a quiet room.
For participants who are inspired to go further, future extended classes will be offered.
Starts April 23rd
