Description
22 sessions that take you through your entire year, including journalling activities and meditations to make the most of the seasons, moon phases, Celtic festivals, tree and plant lore, and so much more to enrich your journalling experience and link your own project cycles with Nature. Each month, you are given a focus to carry you forwards on your journey through the year. The course is based on the principles of modern journalling in The Journal Writer’s Companion, and brought to life in this dynamic group format.
Develop your journalling work over a full year with the support of your journalling companions. This will be a unique and profound experience, and not to be missed! We will travel together into harmony, self realisation and alignment in all the life areas where you decide to focus your journalling practice.
What couldn’t you achieve or experience with more confidence, self belief, loving support, feedback, guidance and companionship? This year will instil in you the best habits and practice for effective, life-changing journalling, and these skills and inside information will stay with you for life.
Whether your focus this year is changing an old mindset, creating a new business, renewing an old business, recovering from an illness, learning to let go and cope gracefully with loss and change, tackling procrastination and avoidance, improving relationships and communications, making your voice heard in the world, caving out a space for you in a life that is too busy and overwhelming, or developing your creative practice – we will be alongside you all the way
Working on yourself, in alignment with Nature, keeping your intentions and your energy clean and uplifted, and keeping yourself and your projects in flow, are the biggest positive contribution you can make to your own life those around you. This group will lift you up and carry you forwards in new ways.
There will be a private Facebook forum for sharing and discussion, and to access information on the modules
